I am very pleased to announce that beginning January 16th, I will once again be teaching Qi Gong on Venice Beach, Wednesday mornings from 7:00 to 8:15 AM...Yay!! and the dolphins rejoiced!!

Location is right beside the water, directly out from Paloma Ave. (two blocks south of Rose Ave.- landmarks are the Figtree Cafe, and the Phoenix House; click here for a map). There is free parking until 9:00 AM in the lot at Main and Rose.

A fun introductory exploration of qi and energy culvitation practice with Dancing Star Qi Gong; the 13-moon natural time calendar, mysteries of synchronicity, and what the Mayan 2012 prophecy means for a modern world; the ancient Taoist I Ching (Book of Changes) and the archetypes of Yin / Yang polarity; and what all this stuff has to do with our own human genetic code...

Perhaps you might be aware of the expression, "dog days of summer," but did you know that this phrase refers to the annual late summer reappearance of the Dog Star, Sirius in the early morning southeastern sky. To many ancient cultures, this marked the beginning of a new cycle of seasons, observed by modern followers of the 13-moon natural time calendar as the first day of a new 365-day solar year.

So join us at CircuiTree of Life Open Mic, Thursday night, July 26th, 8 pm, at Euphoria Loves Rawvolution Cafe (2301 Main St., Santa Monica, CA 90405) We will be celebrating the heliacal rising of Sirius and the beginning of a new 13-moon cycle, the Year of the White Lunar Wizard... set your intention and overcome your challenges.

First of all, we would like to send a huge thank you to all those who came out to the CircuiTree Solstice gathering and TruthI's birthday party, to all those who sent their love via phone, email, thought, or otherwise... it was truly a special celebration.  Special thanks to all the performers, who were all so good, and by the end of the evening, Euphoria Loves Rawvolution was packed with dancers and merrymakers...

We hope your spring is as full of blossoming and abundance as it can be... It is certainly beginning to feel like SoCal summer around here.  

If you have yet to come to our Venice Beach Qi Gong class, now is the time! The weather is so gorgeous!  We gather shortly after 7 AM on the beach, straight out from Paloma Avenue, and spend an hour gathering our energy, focusing our intentions for the day, week, month, etc., praying for the awakening of humanity from its self-destructive coma and the healing of our friends, family, and those who suffer.  Those who have come and continue to come, thank you for the time you spend connecting with yourself and the earth.
