True health and well-being emanates from deep within us, allowing our bodies, minds, emotions, and spirits to become balanced and at ease with who we are (hint: a dancing star!). When we are not balanced in our spirit, that is, resisting the flow of life because we forget who we are, our minds stop seeking our inner truth and identify with the illusions and stories of our egos, our emotions become a roller coaster ride of conditional joy, fears, anxieties, and stress, and our bodies exist as a reflection of these states of dis-ease.  Our immune systems then become severely inhibited because our cells aren't receiving the benefits of positive thinking- they barely absorb nutrients when we're being resistant- and we become acidic, susceptible to infections, and injury prone.

 

Though all of us have heard the cliche, "you are what you eat," sadly, many of us do not understand the message, and fewer live by it in their day-to-day food choices. Well-being in the body starts with what you put in your mouth, it's as simple as that...
